This company states on its web site that it is "the ultimate destination for sports fans that love fantasy sports games!" The site offers career opportunities, memberships and sports-related contests.

Customer complaints reflect serious allegations regarding its career opportunities, specifically its solicitation of part-time job offerings distributing sports flyers on its behalf. The company charges an upfront fee of $24 for this opportunity.

Complaints then allege that the company asks a series of "Yes" questions via phone (ie. in order to get you recorded as answering "yes"), such as, "Is it correct that today's date is such and such?" and/or "Is it correct that you would like to work as a part-time Sports Director?" to which the usual answer would be an affirmative.

Consumers allege that their credit card is then unknowingly charged $1,920. Credit cards charged this fee reflect a withdrawal by a company named Graphics Today, which is located at 2375 El Toro Road, Lake Forest, CA 92630, Phone: (866) 470-1130.

A separate report on this company can be found via the Colton CA BBB at:
www.la.bbb.org

When consumers seek the company out with concerns regarding the unauthorized charge, the business only offers one of a variety of options: a $500 cash advance, with the rest refunded after a "6-month commitment to the company," or a $1,000 refund to the customer's credit card requiring a "resignation" as Sports Director, forfeiting the remaining $920.

Consumers also allege that they are then emailed a transcript of their telephone conversation with the company listing questions and answers that were not at all part of the original conversation, including a recording of consumers allegedly agreeing to having their credit card charged the fee of $1,920.

Consumers further allege a series of threatening phone calls from the company stating they will turn them over to credit reporting agencies, thus 1) jeopardizing any future opportunities for employment, 2) placing a black mark against their credit.
